The Whistleblower Protection Act (HinSchG) implements the EU Whistleblowing Directive into national law.
The law was passed with the aim of protecting whistleblowers from reprisals if they reveal malpractice and violations in companies.
As employers, we have set up a whistleblower system to implement the legal obligation. This offers employees, business partners and clients the opportunity to report information about possible legal violations or other dangerous actions confidentially and, if desired, anonymously. Every report is treated with absolute confidentiality.
Information must always be true. Whistleblowers will receive feedback on the facts of the case upon request.
