The Tyrolean Pörner location in Kundl has now been a partner of the pharmaceutical industy for 30 years. To mark the occasion, we decorated the marquee for an Oktoberfest on Friday, October 14th, when it was time for “O’zapft is!” Location manager Stefan Meixner welcomed customers, business partners and colleagues from near and far.
In his speech, he talked about the development of the site: “All began in 1992 with a small ventilation project. It became the Pörner Pharma competence center. This constancy, 30 years of pharmaceutical plant engineering, is not to be taken for granted.” He proudly adds: “For a long time now, as a full-service plant engineering company, we have offered the entire range of services from study and detail engineering to commissioning and maintenance. The requirements have increased over the years and we have kept pace.”
Well-known companies such as Novartis, Sandoz, Veolia and Fraunhofer Institute as well as Linde Gas, Borealis, ÖBB and ASFINAG are part of the illustrious circle of customers. Especially when it comes to energy technology and maintenance, the well-coordinated team is always working on new solutions to increase production efficiency or reduce energy consumption for long-term profitability and sustainability.
Andreas Pörner, Managing Director of the Pörner parent company in Vienna, thanked the employees for their constant and excellent performance over the years. Without their commitment, this success would not be possible!
