Redesigning processes with renewable energy

POWER TO X

PtX technologies are a key to the climate‑friendly transformation of chemical production processes.

New Market Requirements call for New Solutions

Expectations for modern production processes continue to grow: greenhouse gas emissions must be reduced, fossil feedstocks replaced, and sustainable products developed. PtX technologies offer enormous innovation potential - both through the further development of existing processes and the creation of entirely new system solutions.

At the core of our activities is the intelligent combination of electrochemical processes with conventional technologies. This enables the replacement of traditional synthesis routes and the integration of climate‑friendly hydrogen as a key feedstock - an essential step towards climate‑neutral value chains.

This includes, among other things:

  • Generation of hydrogen and synthesis gas from renewable sources
  • CO₂ separation from air or industrial point sources
  • Carbon Capture & Utilization (CCU)
  • Fischer-Tropsch Synthesis
  • Methanol Synthesis
  • Methanizatioon
  • Hydrocracking

Together with our customers and partners, we also develop new concepts for the use of synthetic, renewable feedstocks as well as process technologies that combine environmental compatibility with performance and economic viability. Our focus lies on the production of green ammonia, the processing of heavy bio‑oil, and plasma catalysis.

These approaches reflect a strategic commitment to circularity, efficiency, and long‑term feasibility in energy‑intensive industries.
